Preparation:
1. Take a large pot and fill it with water. Put the whole chicken , celery and diced onions in the pot of water. 3. Now take another bowl and add in the four eggs, a tablespoon of salt, 16 ounces of water, six teaspoons of olive oil, and a teaspoon of pepper. Mix all the ingredients together and then stir in all of the all purpose flour. Continue stirring the mixture until it becomes concentrated.
4. Now take spoonfuls of the flour mixture and drop it into the pot containing the chicken broth mix. Continue doing this until there is no more flour mixture left. Now stir the broth well, put a lid on it and let it cook under a low flame for another 20 minutes. Seperate the chicken meat from the bone and plop it into the broth.
Your easy chicken and dumplings soup is now ready to serve.
